Salad of red beans (2)


red beans 2 cups
onion 4 pieces
vegetable oil 1/2 cup
vinegar 3% 2 Art. spoons
coriander 1 beam
ground black pepper 2 pinches
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Beans soak for 5-8 hours in cold water (2.5 liters of water per 1 kg of beans) and boil until soft. Then stop cooking, add salt and leave for 15-20 minutes, the beans in broth, which is then drained. The chilled beans add the chopped onion half-rings, oil, vinegar and pepper.
