Salad of crabs (2)


crab large – 12 pcs.
tomatoes – 1 pc.
onion – 1 clove
pepper – 2 pcs.
parsley chopped
lettuce (optional)
olive oil – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
wine vinegar white – 1 tbsp. teaspoon


Cooking method:

Crab boil in salted water and clean.
All the salad ingredients (except lettuce), cut into small pieces. Tomato, onion, pepper, parsley, stir, season with oil, vinegar, salt, and put on lettuce leaves, top with crab meat.
