Salad “Nice” (4)


basil finely chopped – 1 tbsp. spoon
vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
olive – 8 pc.
boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
anchovy fillets in olive oil – 8 pcs.
Canned tuna – 1 can (184 gr.)
onions – 1/2 head
green salad – 1 bunch
chopped parsley – 4 sprigs of
radish – 8 pcs.
pepper sweet green – 1 pod
tomato without seeds – 4 pcs.
wine vinegar or lemon juice – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
ground black pepper, salt to taste


Cooking method:

Prepared tomatoes, peppers, radishes, parsley, lettuce and onion and stir to combine. Cover with tuna, anchovies, eggs and olives.
For the sauce, oil, vinegar, basil, pepper and salt thoroughly. Season salad with dressing and serve immediately to the table.
