Ingredients:

potatoes 3 pieces
mushrooms 125 grams
onion 1 piece
sauerkraut 75 grams
vegetable oil 1 st. a spoon
3% vinegar 1/2 Art. spoons
sugar 2.1 h. spoons
parsley 5 grams

Boil potatoes and mushrooms.
Cabbage fold in a colander, let drain the brine and chop
cabbage.

Before serving, connect the prepared ingredients, add the oil, vinegar, sugar and mix.
Put in a salad bowl and decorate with greenery.
