Salad “Karoyn”

Ingredients:

lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon
mustard dining room – 1 tsp.
mayonnaise – 4 tbsp. spoon
leaves of lettuce – 100 g
White beans cooked – 120 g
cucumber salted – 1 pcs.
egg boiled – 2 pcs.
tomatoes – 2 pcs.
bell pepper – 2 pcs.
boiled potatoes – 3 pcs.
parsley
salt and ground black pepper on taste

 

Cooking method:

Sweet peppers, clean from the stalks and seeds, cut into rings. Scald tomatoes, remove the peel them and cut the flesh into thin slices. Just chop the peeled potatoes and cucumber. Green salad, rinse, pat dry and chop, leaving some for decoration.
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.

Connect the prepared products with beans, season with sauce and mix.

Salad and refrigerate before serving Arrange sliced eggs, lettuce, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
