Puree beets and potatoes


Cooked beets, peeled and pounded – 2 pcs. (500 g),
boiled potatoes, pounded – 1 kg of
milk – 1 1/2 cups
vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
* sauce pepper -. 1 teaspoon
wine vinegar white – 1/4 cup


Cooking method:

Beets and potatoes are whipped into a blender with milk and salt. Add butter, pepper sauce and vinegar.
Warm, stirring constantly, and serve immediately to the table.
