Pumpkin puree (2)


boiled pumpkin, grated – 1 kg
butter – 1/4 cup
sugar – 1/4 cup
* sauce pepper – 1 tsp.
cinnamon minced – 1 pinch of


Cooking method:

Sugar melt over low heat, slowly pour in 1/4 cup of water and stir, cook syrup.
Put the pumpkin in syrup, salt, mix well and warm up to softening. Add butter, pepper sauce and cinnamon. Serve hot.
