Puff roast lamb





flesh of mutton 400 grams
4-5 pieces of potatoes
onion 1-2 head
parsley 1 beam
ground coriander 1 h. a spoon
olive oil 20-30 milliliters
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
bay leaf to taste
fresh thyme to taste



Mutton is cut into medallions and marinate a bit: 1 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 tsp ground pepper. Marinate about 1 hour at room temperature.


Potatoes and onions cut into thick rings.


Coat a baking sheet with olive oil and place layers of food (potatoes, meat and onions). Between the layers add the bay leaf and a little thyme. Each layer of potatoes and spiced with prisolit.
After placing products pour into the pan a little (100-150 ml.) Of water to the potatoes to steam faster.
Send in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces of meat).
