cottage cheese 500 grams
potatoes 300 grams
natural yoghurt 250 milliliters
butter 100 grams
eggs 2 pieces



Cottage cheese, softened butter, salt, pepper, whisk until smooth.
If the cheese is dense, it must first be rubbed through a sieve.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices.


Put layers in a greased form: potatoes, curd. So three times.
The surface to align the wet spatula, cover with foil shape, fold the edges.
The form put in preheated oven for 1 hour. Then take out, remove the foil, reduce the oven temperature.


Eggs, yogurt, salt, pepper, whipped into a light foam.
Potatoes pour the resulting foam, put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
