Potato soup with dumplings





Wheat flour 40-50 grams
salt to taste
black pepper 2-3 pea
bay leaves 1-2 pieces

carrots 100 grams
potatoes 400 grams
butter 20 grams
egg 1 piece
milk 130 g


Cooking method:

Potatoes cut into small cubes, pour 1 liter of boiling salted water and cook at low boil for 10-15 minutes.
Onion cut into thin half-rings, to sauté sliced ​​into small cubes and melted fat.

Remove the onions from the pan and in the same sauté chopped bacon into fine strips carrots.

To prepare the dumplings combine flour, butter, eggs, milk, salt and mix well.
