Potato soup with cheese





cumin seeds 1/2 hours. spoons
butter 2 Art. spoons
cheese 120 grams
onion 1 head
potatoes 2 pieces
water 3 cups
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Potatoes cut into cubes, boil in salted water with the addition of cumin 20 minutes.
Onions cut into half rings, sauté in butter, then add the potatoes, pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.

Grate cheese, sprinkle in the soup at the end of cooking.

When serving soup Arrange greens.
