Potato kaurma





potatoes 1 kilo
onion 5-6 heads
eggs 3-4 pieces
melted butter 4 Art. spoons
coriander to taste
basil to taste
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste


Cooking method:

Prepared sauté onions in butter, add sliced potatoes and cook with the addition of water. For 15 minutes until cooked, add chopped cilantro, simmer for another 10 minutes, then enter the spice, beaten eggs, and bring to a boil. When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
