rice flour or corn (OFPRA) – 1 kg
minced meat (optional) – 500 g
potatoes -. 2 pcs
onion – 3 heads of
garlic – 6 cloves
parsley and green onions, chopped – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
olive oil – 1 cup of
bay leaves – 5 pcs.
water – 1 liter of
ground black pepper
salt – 1/2 Art. spoons
Garlic crushed with salt. Onions, parsley, green onions, bay leaf and pepper to whip in a blender with a little water.
Half of the resulting mixture to combine with 0.5 liters of water (the second half to leave the filling), to boil, then put fubu, stir and boil a little more.
To prepare the filling the remaining garlic-onion mixture and fry minced 1 tablespoon of butter, add the grated potatoes, pour the remaining water and mix. Prepared fubu ProMes, formed into balls, roll them in cakes, stuff with filling, folded in half, connecting the edges and fry in deep fat – olive oil.
