Pickled cucumbers in Bulgarian

You are looking for a recipe for a delicious home-made cucumber? Prepare cucumbers pickled in Bulgarian with the addition of pepper, horseradish, garlic and onions. With the addition of green celery, dill and parsley vegetables produced especially fragrant.

 

Ingredients:

cucumber 10 kilograms
onion 1 kilogram
sweet pepper 2 kilos
parsley 200 grams
dill 200 grams
garlic 400 grams
horseradish root 50 grams
5% vinegar 1 cup
water 8 liters
salt 150 grams
sugar 250 grams
pepper black pepper 10 pieces

 

Cooking method:

1. Cucumbers cut into slices 4-5 mm thick. Onion peel and cut into rings 2-3 mm thick. Peppers cleaned of seeds and cut into strips 3-4 mm wide. Parsley and dill cut into large florets. The roots of horseradish peel and cut into cubes.

2. In the prepared jars tightly put sliced cucumbers, peppers, put seasoning, then – a bow.

3. For the marinade water, bring to a boil, add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mayhem to dissolve the sugar and salt.
4. Pour the boiling marinade and sterilized in boiling water for 15 minutes.
