Penne with artichokes and shrimps


Pasta (penne) – 400 g
artichokes – 4 cutting
the shrimp – 200 g
onions, finely chopped – 1/2 head
garlic, finely chopped – 2 cloves
parsley, finely chopped – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. tablespoons
dry white wine – 1/2 cup of
the juice of 1 lemon
black pepper


Cooking method:

Cuttings artichokes clear of leaves, trim the base of the cuttings immediately vertically put them in a saucepan, cover with water and lemon juice to avoid blackened, a little salt and boil for 10 minutes. Ready stalks cut into slices.
Onions and garlic fry in oil, add the artichokes, peeled shrimp and fry for 5 minutes, add the wine, salt and pepper.

Pasta boil, discard in a colander, add the cooked dressing, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
