Wheat flour – 3 cups of
yeast, dry – 1 tbsp. spoon of
sugar – 1 dess. spoon of
cream – 1 cup
egg – 1 pc.
salt – 1 pinch of
ham, sliced – 150 grams of
cheese, soft, sliced – 150 g
egg whites, whipped into white foam – 1 pcs.
cheese, grated on a coarse grater
All components are thoroughly mixed dough, roll it out and cut into squares with a side of 10 cm in the number of ham slices.
On each square put on slices of ham and cheese, neatly wrapped, carefully fasten the edges, breaded in egg white and grated cheese.
Then put on a baking sheet (it can not be lubricated) and bake in oven until golden brown.
