pasta “Makfa” (wide and long) – 400 grams of
olive oil – 60 g
onions – 1 pc.
tomatoes – 250 g of
water (or broth) – 1 cup
cheese, grated – 150 g
Boil pasta in salted water with the addition of a spoon of oil. Finished pasta drain.
Onion finely chopped and fry, add peeled and seeds of tomatoes, add chopped basil, water (broth), salt and pepper and simmer until tender.
Hot sauce to pour hot pasta when serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
