Pasta in Hungarian





pasta – 250 grams of
minced meat – 400 g
onions – 1 pc.
sour cream – 1 cup of
broth of meat – 1 cup
juice of 1/2 lemon
oil – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
parsley chopped – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
garlic – 1 clove
ground red pepper – 1/2 tsp.


Cooking method:

Macaroni boil in salted water.
For the sauce, chopped onions and minced meat fry in oil. Put the mashed garlic clove, pour the broth, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and lemon juice, stir and warm up for 3-5 minutes.

When serving pour the pasta prepared sauce and decorate with parsley.
