Partridge in onion sauce


partridges 4 pieces
tomato sauce 1 bag
olive oil 1/3 cup
mayonnaise 4 Art. spoons


Cooking method:

Partridges disembowel, rinse thoroughly and dry, then completely with mayonnaise.
Concentrate Mix until smooth and sprinkle them every bird on all sides.

The legs and wings of partridges tie with twine (wings should fit snugly to the body), put the birds on a greased baking part of oil and pour the remaining oil.

Bake in the oven at a moderate temperature for 40-45 minutes until tender, basting formed Socko.

Remove from the oven, remove the twine and serve immediately to the table.
