Wheat flour 240 grams
sugar 1 st. a spoon
salt to taste
butter to taste
marmalade to taste
powdered sugar to taste


Cooking method:



Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt. Gradually enter the sifted flour and pour in cold milk. Knead the dough until smooth.
Pour the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven.

Remove, cut into squares, lubricate each pancake jelly, roll it into a tube and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
