chicken breast (without skin and bones) – 600 g
ham – 300 g of
orange juice – 1/2 cup
wheat flour – 10 Art. spoonfuls of
canned green peas – 1 cup
sour cream – 1 cup
milk – 1 cup
egg – 1 pc.
parmesan cheese grated – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
olive oil – 1/2 cup
rosemary, chopped – 1 tbsp. spoon
bay leaves – 2 pcs.
Egg whisk in a blender with milk and gradually add the flour and stir until the consistency of condensed milk.
From the prepared dough on oiled and well-heated frying pan fry the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
For the filling boil the chicken breast in water with a bay leaf. Then the pulp is crushed chicken (without passing through a meat grinder), grind the ham, all combine with green peas (peas and ham number should be equal), add salt and mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and mix thoroughly again.
Cooked stuffing decomposed into pancakes, wrapped and put in a rectangular greased.
To prepare sauce, combine orange juice with 1/2 cup of sour cream, add the rosemary and mix thoroughly. Pour pancakes sauce, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with oil, then place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, until the sauce comes to a boil, and the cheese will not take a golden hue.
Serve with rice and salad.
