Pancakes “Tornado”


Wheat flour – 1 1/2 cups

Eggs – 2 pcs.
sugar – 1 tbsp. Spoon
beer – 1 tbsp. spoon of
milk – 1 cup
salt -. 1 teaspoon
shrimp, canned, chopped – 1/2 cup
apple – 1 pc.
capers chopped – 2 tbsp. spoon
tomato juice – 1/4 cup


Cooking method:

All test components are mixed thoroughly until smooth and cook the pancakes and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
To prepare the filling mix thoroughly shrimp, capers, tomato juice and grated apple (if the filling will be liquid, add the corn flour).

In the middle of each pancake put a portion of the filling, roll up and serve.
