Ingredients:

wheat flour 1.5 cups
sugar 2 Art. spoons
oat flakes 2 cups
baking powder 2 Art. spoons
seedless raisins 1/2 cup
egg 1 piece
butter 100 grams
milk 80 grams

In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and raisins.

Separately, whisk in the egg foam, pour in the milk and melted butter. Stir.
