Nettle soup


young nettles 300 grams
meat broth 4 cups
onion 1 piece
melted butter 2 Art. spoons
potatoes 2 pieces
Figure 2 Art. spoons
parsley 1 beam
ground black pepper 1 pinch
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Hot water with salt, add finely chopped and sautéed onion, peeled, washed and coarsely chopped potatoes, moved and washed rice and cook soup until cooked rice.
For 15 minutes until cooked add the bust, the washed and chopped nettles, pepper and cook at low boil.

When serving sprinkle the soup with finely chopped greens.
