Mutton soup (4)


lamb, cut into thin slices – 1.5 kg
onions – 1 head
tomatoes -. 3 pcs
potatoes – 5 pcs.
pepper – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove of
rice – 1 cup
olive oil – 3 tbsp. tablespoons
parsley and marjoram, chopped – 2 tablespoons. spoon
bay leaf – 1 pc.
Water – 7 cups of
black pepper
salt – 1 part time Art. a spoon


Cooking method:

Garlic and marjoram crushed with salt, mix with lamb and leave for 30 minutes.

Tomatoes, onions and bell pepper cut into small pieces, put out the butter, add the rice, meat, spices and stew until soft. Then put the peeled and chopped potatoes into small pieces, add water, boil for 30 minutes and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
