Moroccan chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken 1.5 kilograms
Onion 200 grams
fresh tomatoes 500 grams
eggplant 300 grams
vegetable oil 3 Art. spoons
Garlic 6 cloves
paprika 2 Art. spoons
Turmeric powder 2 hours. spoons
ground coriander 2 hours. spoons
ground black pepper 1 h. a spoon
cumin seeds 1 h. a spoon
marjoram 2 hours. spoons
ground ginger 1 h. a spoon
cilantro 1 h. a spoon
water 2 cups
lemon 1 piece

 

Cooking method:

If you like spicy, with lots of spices, with a pronounced taste of dishes, then this recipe is for you. Chicken on Moroccan – amazingly tender and flavorful meat.

To prepare for the Moroccan chicken we need:

1.5 kg chicken
200 g onion
500 g fresh tomato
300 grams of eggplant
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons red paprika
2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons marjoram
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon coriander
2 cups water
1 lemon

In a large pot, where we will prepare all our meal, pour vegetable oil and heat it. Dispatched oil finely chopped onion, passeruem it until transparent and add the finely chopped garlic. Next we need to add the spices – turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, coriander, marjoram, ginger. Mix well and give warm spices for about 1 minute.

We send in a pot pre-chopped tomatoes into cubes, add lemon juice to taste, pour water, salt to taste, give the sauce to boil.

Chicken chop a la carte pieces and send in a boiling sauce. The pot cover with a lid, make a small fire and leave cooked our chicken for 20-30 minutes.

After this time, we add to our meal diced eggplant and cook for 10 more minutes, until cooked eggplant.

Remove the dish from our fire. For garnish you can submit couscous, rice or potatoes simply.
