shrimp peeled – 12 pcs. (350 g)
onions, sliced into thin rings – 1 head
green onions – 4 pen
oranges, cut into thin slices – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 1/4 cup
port wine white dry – 1/4 cup of
bay leaves – 2 pcs.
Anise powder – 1 pinch
ground black pepper
In a saucepan put the bay leaf, add the wine and 1 cup of water and shrimp, boil for 3 minutes, drain and cool.
