buttermilk 500 grams
boiled egg 1 piece
pickled cucumbers 2 pieces
cream 2 hours. spoons
chopped dill 1 st. a spoon
green onion to taste
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Cucumbers and finely chop the egg, pour the buttermilk. Add green onions and parsley.
Put the cream, season with salt and stir.

Serve chilled matsnabrdosh.
