Mashed potatoes with onion


boiled potatoes, grated – 1.5 kg of
onions, sliced rings – 1 kg
butter – 1/4 cup
olive oil – 1/4 cup
cream – 1 1/2 cup


Cooking method:

Onions fried with butter and olive oil over low heat until tender and golden brown, then mince and beat with a mixer. Add the potatoes, salt, cream, again beat with a mixer until creamy and warm.
