gelatin 4 pieces
eggs 4 pieces
sugar 200 grams
cardamom 1/4 hours. spoons
corn starch to taste
vegetable oil to taste



Leaf gelatine soaked in cold water for 30 minutes. Whisk the egg whites in a water bath together with the sugar. Cardamom soaked gelatine and add to the whites and continue to beat until they form a thick mass. Spread the mixture into a mold, sprinkle it with starch and put in refrigerator. After 12 hours marshmallow ready.
