shellfish – 3 kg of
onions – 2 pcs.
tomatoes – 3 pcs.
pepper – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons of
milk coconut – 1 liter of
green coriander, chopped – 1/2 cup
green onion – 1/2 cup
lemon – 1 pc.
ground black pepper


Cooking method:

Shellfish thoroughly cleaned and rinsed to remove all the sand, then fill them with water and bring to a boil. As soon as the shellfish will be opened, remove them from the pan and remove the meat from the shells (shells do not throw away).
Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, green coriander and green onions to put out oil. Pour the coconut milk, bring to a boil, add the meat of shellfish, salt and pepper and stir to warm up no more than 5 minutes.

Before serving, spread out in the sink, place lemon slices.
