Liver pate (4)


lamb liver – 500 g
raw eggs – 4 pieces.
ravioli – 1 tbsp. spoon of
parsley and dill, chopped – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
nutmeg, grated – 1/6 tsp.
mint, chopped – 1/2 tsp.
ground black pepper


Cooking method:

Spices connect with minced liver, add the beaten eggs, greens and mix thoroughly.
The resulting mixture was put into a greased form for puddings and boil in water bath for 20 minutes. Then, cool, free from mold and serve.
