Levzhi with chicken





water 2 liters
chicken 1 piece
potatoes 5-6 pieces
onion 1 head
wheat flour 1/2 Art. spoons
sour cream 250 grams
garlic 3 cloves
basil chopped 2 Art. spoons
chopped cilantro 2 Art. spoons
chopped dill 2 Art. spoons
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

1 Prepared chicken cover with cold water, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat, add salt and simmer until tender, periodically removing the foam.
2 Cooked chicken, remove from broth and cut into chunks. Broth strain.

3 Potatoes cut into large pieces, onion – small. Garlic mash.

3 In the lower boiling broth potatoes, cook for 10 minutes, then add the onions and chicken pieces, salt again and cook for another 7-10 minutes.

4 Wheat flour mix with sour cream, avoiding the formation of lumps, and pour into the soup.

5 Add the soup pepper, basil and garlic, then warm up the dish on low heat for 5 minutes.

6 When serving sprinkle abundantly levzhi chicken chopped cilantro or dill.
