Lentils with mushrooms


Cooked lentils – 1 cup
mushrooms dry – 6-8 pcs.
butter – 2 tbsp. Spoon
onions – 1 pc.
tomato sauce – 1 cup of
broth of chicken – 1 cup
ground black pepper


Cooking method:

Onions cut into rings and fry in oil, add chopped into small pieces and soaked mushrooms fry, too. Add the lentils, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and stew, stirring occasionally.
Then pour the broth and warm up for 15 minutes, until a substantial portion of the liquid has evaporated.
