Leeks with ham in cheese sauce


leeks – 4 large stem
ham – 8 slices of
cheese grated – 1/2 cup
butter or margarine – 2 tablespoons. spoons of
wheat flour – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
cream – 1 cup
parsley chopped
Chicken broth – 1/2 cup
black pepper


Cooking method:

At leeks and cut the root of the green; white part cut in half lengthwise, rinse thoroughly under running water and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Pour the onion broth, add butter, cover with foil and bake at 150 ° C for 10 minutes Stir once during cooking.

Remove the onions from the mold; resulting in suppression when slowly add flour sauce, cream and warmed for 3 minutes (about fifteen minutes to mix). Add cheese, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly again.

Every half-leek wrapped in a slice of ham, put in a prepared sauce, cover with foil and warm in the oven for 5 minutes, until the sauce boils.

Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
