Lavash Armenian thin





Wheat flour 320 grams
water 120 ml
vegetable oil 2 Art. spoons
salt 1/2 hours. spoons


Cooking method:

1. In a container of sieved wheat flour, add warm water with salt dissolved therein. Add the vegetable oil. Knead the dough, then let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes.

2. Divide the dough is ready to pieces the size of a small hen’s egg and roll them into thin cakes. Put the cake in the preheated pan.

3. Cook until bubbles pita bread and dark spots, about 20-30 seconds on each side over medium heat.

4. Ready lavash sprinkle with water and cover with a towel.
