sauerkraut 1/2 cup
water 4 cups
Wheat cereal 2 Art. spoons
melted butter 2 Art. spoons
tomato puree 1 st. a spoon
potatoes 3 pieces
onion 1 piece
parsley 1 beam
ground black pepper 1 pinch
salt to taste


Cooking method:

The shredded cabbage add water (1/2 cup), add fry in butter part tomatpyure and simmer until tender.
Potatoes cut into cubes, onion – half rings.

The hot water (3 1/2 cups) and moved to put the washed wheat cereals, potatoes, boil. 5-10 minutes before end of cooking, put the browned onions in butter, stewed cabbage, salt and pepper.

When serving sprinkle the soup with finely chopped greens.
