Kozinaki with nuts





peanuts to taste
almonds 2 cups
sugar 1 cup
water 1/4 cup


Cooking method:

Sugar dissolved in water, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir nuts, stir and remove from heat. The warm mixture was place on a greased parchment layer of 1-2 cm. And soak until cool, then cut into triangles.
