pumpkin – 250 g
wheat (grain) – 1 cup

onion, chopped – 1/2 cup of
garlic, chopped – 2 cloves of
olives pitted – 10 pcs.
tomato sauce – 1/2 cup
mint, chopped – 3 tbsp. spoons of


Cooking method:

Grains of wheat soaked in warm water for 30 minutes. Pumpkin boil in salted water and mash.
Onions and garlic are put out with the addition of oil to enter the pumpkin, stir, put the tomato sauce, wheat, mint, mix thoroughly and put out.
