Kharcho beef





beef 1 kilo
onion 3-4 head
tomato paste 2 Art. spoons
bay leaf 3 pieces
Figure 1 cup
tomatoes 300 grams
lemon 1 piece
coriander 5 sprigs
parsley leaves 5 sprigs
garlic 1 clove
hot pepper to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:


Beef (lean bacon) wash, chop into pieces and pour 4 liters of hot water. Boil until cooked at low boil, removing the foam formed and fat.

Chop onions and sauté with tomato paste and bay leaf on the removed fat when cooking meat.

For 20 minutes until cooked meat, add the broth moved and washed rice.

Tomatoes peel and finely chop, combine with chopped herbs, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Add to the soup browned onions with tomato paste and bring it to a boil.

After boiling, put in the soup prepared tomatoes. Once again, bring the soup to a boil and leave for 20 minutes.

When serving sprinkle kharcho beef chopped greens.
