dried apricots – 1 cup
butter – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
plums fresh – 1/2 cup
juice of pomegranate – 1/2 cup
water – 2 tbsp. spoons of
sugar – 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking method:
Cherry plum fry in oil until separation of juice, then add the dried apricots and continue to fry for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. After that, add pomegranate juice, sugar and water and bring to a boil.
It can be served hot or cold.
