Hungarian pancakes “Grundel”


egg – 6 pcs.
Chocolate – 100 g of
milk – 3.5 cups of
vanilla – 30 g
cinnamon Powdered
sugar – 140 g and 0.5 cups of
cream – 250 g
walnuts ground – 200 grams of
peel orange – 25 g
rum – 150g
raisins – 40 g
wheat flour – 2.5 cups of
salt – 1 tsp.


Cooking method:

All the ingredients for the chocolate sauce (vanilla, 1 cup of milk, chocolate, 2 eggs, 150 grams of cream 35-40 g of sugar) beat with a mixer.
To test grind 4 egg yolks with 0.5 cup of sugar, pour 2.5 cups of milk slowly, add salt, warmed butter, add flour, stir to avoid lumps, mix with 4 whipped whites. The dough knead well and bake thin pancakes.

About a day before the oven pancakes, raisins and chopped rind to soak in rum. The next day, boil the cream, pour them coarsely grind the nuts, sugar, a little cinnamon, taken out of rum raisins and zest. Cook for 1-2 minutes, all the while until smooth. When the sauce has cooled slightly, add to it half the number of Roma.

Lubricate the mix pancakes, roll them up and pour on top of chocolate sauce.
