Homemade burgers


milk 1 cup
flour 3 cups
salt 1 gram
water 1 Art. a spoon
sugar 1 st. a spoon

Prepare the dough for homemade burgers: Milk and water are heated, melt the butter. Take a bowl and mix plenty of water, milk, salt, sugar, yeast and a glass of flour. Mix well and leave in a warm place for 5-10 minutes. Next, the dough gradually add the flour (2 cups) and knead elastic dough. Now a little grease the pan with sunflower oil. Dough divide into pieces of plump and spread on a baking sheet. The dough should not be in contact leave space between the dough pieces up to 4 centimeters. The dough should be enough for 6 rolls.
