Green beans with nuts





green beans 1 kilo
peeled walnuts 2 cups
onion 2-3 head
garlic 4 cloves
coriander to taste
parsley to taste
salt to taste
apple vinegar to taste
ground pepper to taste


Cooking method:

Beans boil in salted water until cooked, fold in a colander.
Nuts, onion, garlic, parsley mince, season with apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper. If necessary, dilute prior to the average density of the bean broth.

Mix beans with the sauce. Warm up. Serve and garnish with greens.
