Goulash in a pot





beef – 750 g pulp of
potatoes – 1 kg
onion big – 1 head
peppers – 250 g
tomatoes – 250 g
bacon baked pork – 100 g of
black pepper and red pepper -. 1/2 teaspoon
oregano – 1/2 hours. spoons of

Cooking method:

Meat cut into slices.
Potatoes cut into cubes. Peppers remove seeds and cut into strips.

Onions finely chop and fry in lard until light golden brown, sprinkle with red pepper, stir, add the meat and fry all together. Season with spices, salt, add 2 cups of water and cook, stirring constantly.

When the meat is tender, put the potatoes, peppers, and after 10 minutes – the tomatoes, cut into slices and simmer until fully cooked.

When submitting Put the meat on a platter with the vegetables, pour sauce formed. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
