Goulash Hungarian





tomatoes 450 grams
sweet red pepper 1 pod
onions 2 heads
vegetable oil 3 Art. spoons
paprika 1 st. a spoon
mustard powder 1/4 hours. spoons
wheat flour 25 grams
meat 575 grams
Beef broth 600 grams
sour cream 150 grams
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
parsley to taste


Cooking method:

Mix the flour, mustard, paprika, pepper and salt. Roll pieces of meat in the resulting mixture. Meat fry on all sides in butter and cut into cubes. Lightly fry the chopped onion rings and sweet pepper without seeds in the remaining oil, then add the meat. Put the peeled and cut tomatoes into quarters, pour the broth and stir well. Simmer until cooked in the oven.
Pour the meat with sour cream, bring to a boil, garnish with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and serve immediately.
