“Fyasyali” (tortillas)

Ingredients:

Wheat flour 800 grams
sugar 50 grams
yeast 20 grams
melted butter 100 grams
salt to taste

 

Cooking method:

Sift flour and add the yeast, water and salt and knead the dough. Put it in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours to come. Then ProMes, divided into pieces of 100 g and 0.5 mm thick roll.
On top of the dough oiled, folded into 5-6 layers, cut into rectangles, turn to roll and push them to hand in a vertical direction so as to form a round cake (fyasyali) with a diameter of 10-12 cm, 1.5-2 cm thick. The cake with fry on both sides in the oil pan.
