Fruit compote


mango – 1 pc.
Blueberries – 1/2 cup
sugar – 3 tbsp. spoons of
lemon juice -. 1 teaspoon
ginger grated – 1/2 tsp.
lemon peel, grated – 1/2 tsp.


Cooking method:

Mango peel, cut into cubes, combine with blueberries, sugar, ginger, lemon juice and zest, pour 1/4 cup water, place over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until tender fruit and liquid thickens.
Ready compote cool.
