sugar 25 grams
sour cream 180 grams
boiled eggs 4 pieces
cucumbers 200-300 grams
sorrel 1 kilogram
dill to taste
green onion to taste
salt to taste


Cooking method:

Sorrel iterate through, rinse well in cold water, finely chop and boil in 2 liters of water no more than 5 minutes. Cool.
Green onions, cucumbers and egg whites finely chop, mash the yolks. All the mix, season with salt and place in a broth with sorrel.

Season friedge sour cream, sugar, salt and sprinkle with chopped dill.
