Fresh artichokes


olive oil 1 cup
dill 1 beam
green peas 5 Art. spoons
water 2 cups
lemon juice 2 cups
sugar 1 st. a spoon
wheat flour 2 Art. spoons
shallots 30 pieces
potatoes 4 pieces
carrots 3 pieces
artichokes 10 pieces


Cooking method:

Carrots and potatoes cut them into thin slices, lay them on the artichokes. Pour oil.
Mix lemon juice, flour, sugar, salt and water, pour this mixture of artichokes and vegetables.

Cover the artichokes parchment and on paper, place a heavy plate, put on fire. Simmer 45 minutes.

By ostyvshim artichokes, add green peas and chopped dill.
